Adeline “Addie” Fischer joined the Keystone Policy Center in September 2023 as a project coordinator for both the Center for Education and the Center for Tribal and Indigenous Engagement. She brings a strong background in project management, event coordination, research, and bilingual translation in Spanish and English.

Addie graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Saint Benedict. Before joining Keystone, she completed a full-time internship in nonprofit immigration law with Catholic Migration Services in Brooklyn, NY, where she managed over 100 active cases and conducted legal research for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. She also coordinated a wilderness orientation program for incoming first-year students at her alma mater and co-developed a bystander intervention training program to prevent sexual misconduct on campus.

At Keystone, Addie has been involved in several high-profile projects, including coordinating a tour of the Ute Mountain Ute’s Pinecrest Ranch and producing a report on collaborative solutions for the Chairman of the Tribe. She also supports multiple task forces, such as the Timothy Montoya Task Force, the Mandatory Reporting Task Force, and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce’s Environmental Sustainability and Climate Action Task Force, providing scheduling, planning, and note-taking support, and contributing to policy recommendations.
