The St. Croix Crossing Stakeholder Problem-Solving process engaged federal, state and local agency representatives as well as citizen advocacy groups to work through a mediated process to resolve transportation, historic preservation and environmental issues associated with proposed plans for a new vehicle crossing over the St. Croix River between Stillwater, Minnesota and Houlton, Wisconsin.
