Senior Associate Jeremy Kranowitz facilitated a discussion at the November 2007, ALI-ABA course, “Clean Air: Law, Policy and Practice.” The panel included key players in several recent and highly controversial air policy issues. They discussed the elements necessary to help encourage dialogue on pressing environmental policies. The article from Environmental Law Review includes a transcript of the discussion. June 2007.
