Catherine Morris has over 30 years of experience in energy and environmental policy and stakeholder engagement. Catherine has designed, convened, and facilitated stakeholder forums on a broad range of energy topics, including advanced transportation technologies, electricity transmission planning and siting, energy efficiency and renewable energy policies, distributed generation, nuclear power, nuclear waste clean-up, air quality and climate change implications of energy technologies and policies, and electricity industry restructuring.
Catherine joined Keystone after working as a utility regulator, a free-lance energy policy writer, and a policy analyst. Catherine holds a master’s degree in regional and environmental planning from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, a bachelor’s degree in economics, and a certificate in process design and facilitation from Northern Virginia Mediation Center of George Mason University.
